Are you looking to cancel or make changes to your order?
Please email hello@happygobuddy.com with your order number and one of the following subject lines so we can help you ASAP!

  • To cancel your order: Please email with the subject line “CANCEL”
  • To change your mailing address: Please email with the subject line “EDIT ADDRESS”
  • To edit your order: Please email with the subject line “EDIT ORDER”.

We will always do our best to help, however, we cannot guarantee any changes once your order has been placed, and cannot make any changes once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

When is my item mailed?

For ready stock products, orders will be mailed within 2 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

For products that are pre-ordered, orders will be mailed from 14-21 days. Please refer to the individual product page for the mailing date.

Does Happy-Go-Buddy ship internationally?

Yes we do! Please allow 20-30 business days for your orders to ship.

How much is shipping?

Singapore: Shipping is free on all orders over $80. For orders less than $80, the shipping fee starts from SGD2.50 (for 1kg and below), SGD3.50 (for 1.01kg - 5kg), and SGD4.50 (for 5.01 - 10kg).

International: $25 for all international shipments, plus an additional $3 per item in your order.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments in and out of Singapore. 

 

Refund/Return Policy

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not do refunds or exchanges. If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@happygobuddy.com at the soonest.

What if I have a missing package?

We hope this doesn't happen, but if it does, we're sorry! Send us an email to hello@happygobuddy.com and we'll track your package right away. 

We regret to inform that non-tracked mail cannot be traced and we take no responsibility for packages lost in the shipping process.
